Abstract
INTRODUCTION|Following passage of the Nebraska Probate Code, presented to the 1974 Nebraska Legislature as L.B. 354, and completion of the 1975 legislative session it appears that the Code will become the law in Nebraska. Regardless of personal feelings as to the wisdom or merit of various provisions of the Code, it is the responsibility of the members of the Nebraska Bar to proceed with the application of the Code to furnish the best possible legal service to the client. A significant educational project has been initiated by the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Nebraska Bar Association, the Nebraska Continuing Legal Education Corporation, and the Office of the Court Administrator.
