Abstract
Aid allocation by international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) is influenced by a number of factors including poverty, population, similarity to the policies of the INGO, and international recognition. Using the AHP, Guiasu, Yen, DS, and SVSM method, INGO aid allocation is determined for 148 nation-states.
