Abstract
This square little presentation 7ΒΌ" square offers five delightful illustrations by children, the texts of six fables, and a 45 rpm record. The first of the illustrations is on the cover. La Fontaine writes seated under a tree, while various animals look on. Of the other four illustrations, I recommend especially The Fox and the Crow. The other three present The Tortoise and the Hare, The Grasshopper and the Ant, and The Oak and the Reed. The record was produced by La Discotheque de Paris.
