FIRST PARAGRAPH(S)|Keith Zahn and three other owners of property bordering Lake Champlin in Orwell, Vermont, brought a class action diversity suit in the federal district court of Vermont against the International Paper Company on behalf of themselves and 200 lake-front property owners and lessees.
