Abstract

This first volume of this long series handles Addison to Blackmore. Aesop is third in line -- after Aeschylus -- and has five fables here: DLS WSC, TMCM, WL, and BS. The book's format is small: about 3½ x 6. There is both a T of C and an AI at the book's beginning. I was surprised that the dealer was willing to sell one book out of the series. With all the available online resources these days, I have not been able to establish how many volumes there are in this series. Perhaps twenty?
