Abstract
FIRST PARAGRAPH(S)|In 1973, facing a lack of consensus on when human life begins, the United States Supreme Court decided in Roe v. Wade that before viability, where there is a right to privacy for the woman on one side, and there is no established right to life on the other side, the womans right to privacyand abortionmust be protected.
