ABSTRACT|How should college athletes be paid for the use of their name, image, and likeness? An important scholarly debate has arisen around issues ranging from ethics to antitrust, but little work has previously addressed the inherent concerns relating to commodification of NIL. This Article seeks to fill that void by examining the potential consequences of commodifying NIL.
