The Value of Discography in Comparison With Myelography

Abstract

For many years herniating intervertebral discs have hold the interest of many of those connected with the field of medicine. Once the signs and symptoms of a herniated nucleus pulposus becomes manifest, the diagnosis of such an entity is usually easy to daignose(sic) by history and physical, however, there are a few cases which are either borderline or too vague to be diagnosed accurately. | Many methods have been developed by roentgenographic researchers since the first method was published in 1919. It has been my endeavor to do research work in regards to two such methods which are myelography and discography.
