Abstract
In November 1973, a survey was conducted at Creighton University, Omaha, Nebraska, to assist the University ROTC Department in its recruiting campaign. For the past few years, enrollment in the Creighton University ROTC Program has been declining steadily. As a result, the ROTC department has greatly expanded its recruiting activities in an attempt to reverse the downward trend and to increase total ROTC enrollment. | The survey was designed to provide meaningful direction for the recruiting effort with the objective of increasing the number of cadets in the program. Cadets currently enrolled in the university's ROTC program were asked to complete a questionnaire in an attempt to identify cadet attitudes towards ROTC and Army service. The data obtained would then be used to attract more students into the program.
