Abstract
This slightly smaller than 8½" x 11" book of 54 typewritten pages takes us back to almost the beginning of Barron's. The binding consists of two staples. I am not sure whether they call this black printing on one side of the page offset or mimeograph, but it sure is old! The prose translations are not attributed to a translator. This booklet is very clearly there to help suffering students understand French poetry! It offers eloquent testimony to the way fables get around!
