Abstract
INTRODUCTION|The Board of Editors of the Creighton Law Review is pleased to present the seventh Annual Survey of Nebraska Law.|This year, the entire first issue of the Creighton Law Review is dedicated to Nebraska Law. The issue is organized with professional lead articles on areas of Nebraska Law presented first. These articles are followed by survey articles on cases decided by the Nebraska Supreme Court from June 1, 1979 to May 31, 1980. The survey is divided into substantive areas of law which are presented in alphabetical order.|In prior years, the Nebraska survey has been written by the Board of Editors and has involved little critical analysis. This year, the individual areas of the survey were assigned to student authors. The purpose of this change was to provide for more thorough research of the survey areas and to foster critical analysis. The Board of Editors believes that both of these objectives have been attained and we hope that this will make the Nebraska Survey of greater value to our readers...
