Abstract

This life-size non-breakable vinyl reproduction of the human brain can be disassembled into 15 component parts working from the outside inward. Both the cerebral cortex and the central nuclei have been cast from actual human preparations. Reassembly begins with the innermost components. The fully assembled structure rests on a transparent cast of the base of the skull which supports the brain in its natural position. Overall dimensions : 9 x 6 x 7 inches. MD120
