The only way to change the world is to live as if God has already changed the world, because God has, so instead of doing everything or doing nothing it's the grace to do one thing and that one thing then frees us up from this illusion that we are in charge of history and once you're freed of that illusion then our imaginations can be freed up to think about the next thing that needs to be done, maybe one more thing, and that kind of humility strikes me as the only way to really show that we believe God exists...
