INTRODUCTION|Federal Rule of Evidence 407 precludes the admission of evidence of subsequent remedial measures if offered to prove negligence or culpable conduct. The Rule allows admission of such evidence for other purposes"such as proving ownership, control, or feasibility of precautionary measures, if controverted, or impeachment."
