Abstract
We, the students of Creighton University School of Medicine, strive to be men and women for and with others, and dedicated to learning the art of medicine, but find themselves homeless and with limited or no access to healthcare, hereby establish in partnership with those in our community who are concerned about their health the Magis Clinic, a nocharge, drop-in, acute-care clinic operating at the Siena Francis House. The Clinic strives to uphold the Jesuit value of MAGIS by: • Providing high quality care to men and women of all ages and backgrounds • Cooperating with other healthcare providers to maintain continuity of care • Instilling in each patient a sense of value for one's own health • Fostering in Creighton students a lifelong commitment to service
