Abstract
Defense document for OSHIMA, Hiroshi, Japanese Ambassador to Germany before and during World War II, presented to the Tribunal on December 2, 1947, as Exhibit No. 3524. It is an excerpt of the testimony by Joachim Ribbentrop on March 30, 1946, regarding German-Japanese collaboration from the "Trial of the Major War Criminals before the International Military Tribunal, Nuremberg, 14 December 1945 - 10 October 1946." Mr. Ribbentrop testified that OSHIMA, Japanese Ambassador in Berlin, was surprised by the attack on Pearl Harbor.
