General Motors Corporation, the court addressed the question of the rights conferred upon automobile franchisees under Nebraska's Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Act.|The action arose when S & T Motors contracted to sell its Oldsmobile dealership and franchise to Kizzier Chevrolet Company, Inc.
