FIRST PARAGRAPH(S)|Each year the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit conducts extensive judicial review of administrative agency action involving the various departments, agencies and commissions of the federal government. In 1979 the Eighth Circuit heard over two dozen appeals involving administrative action. This article will examine the more significant of these.
