This second volume of the two begins with the medieval Latin and German fable traditions and then works its way through essays on the various German and Latin collections of the first volume. The second half then offers commentary on first the individual German and then the individual Latin authors and collections. Making one's way through this volume would make for a fascinating course or reading group! Formerly possessed by the Germanistik Department of the University of Münster.
