Abstract
INTRODUCTION|The number of United States corporations with operations in foreign countries has dramatically increased in recent years. Coinciding with this increase has been the number of American citizens who are employed abroad by these corporations. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ("Title VII") protects individuals in the United States from employment discrimination on the basis of "race, color, religion, sex, or national origin."
