Abstract
As of March 8, 2018 there were 612 theses or dissertations in the CDR that were published after January 1, 2000. Approximately 100 of these are presently under embargo or are otherwise restricted from view. The remaining 512 had been downloaded 156,7871 times as of 3/8/18. The average use for these publicly available works is just over 300 views/downloads per thesis or dissertation.
