Abstract

Second and first fascicles, respectively -- and third and fifth edition, respectively. Each of the two fascicles has 24 pages, given mostly to songs. Each has a T of C on 2. Two of the songs in the prior fascicle are "Phébus et Borée" (6) and "Le Lièvre et la Tortue" (20). The former is not listed as from La Fontaine, since the song's words are not his, but the story is his. The latter starts with a "Récitatif d'Ensemble" straight from La Fontaine. The additoin of "travaux manuels" is fascinating. For the first story, the workis to create a sun hat. I find it fun to see what different cultures think young pupils should be exposed to. .
