INTRODUCTION|This article is intended as an epilogue to previous analyses of the law of arbitration in Nebraska. In 1996, the historical Nebraska state constitutional prohibitions on the enforceability of agreements to arbitrate disputes arising in the future were changed by an amendment of the open courts provisions of the Nebraska Constitution.
