Abstract
This is one in a series of educational books meant to expand students' vocabulary. It may be a bit of a stretch to call it a fable. Hanna the hen is hungry and asks the cow, the dog, and the cat for corn. They are all busy. Foxy offers her a basket of corn on the cob as a bait. Does Hanna go for it? No, because the cow, the dog, and the cat take the corn and chase the fox away. Simple, well executed colored cartoon drawings.
