Abstract
FIRST PARAGRAPH(S)|In 1963, I graduated from Creighton Law School. Since then, our profession has witnessed remarkable transformation and inexorable change: from the typewriter to the computer, from dusty books to electronic research, and from mail and telephone to e-mail.|However, a constant remains: knowledge-the oxygen for enlightened debate. The Creighton Law Review, as a research laboratory of the law, provides an invaluable source of knowledge to the legal community. We face many complex issues, ranging from the depletion of our natural resources to the collision between governmental regulation and individual rights. The Creighton Law Review, as in the past, will "weigh in" for the debate. I congratulate the Creighton Law Review for its outstanding work...
