Abstract
I would commend the transfer of the colored children from Saint Elizabeth's School to Saint Bridget's School, provided, Father Rider agrees thereto. The children at present attending Saint Bridget's School continue with the colored, or if not, they could go to the nearest neighboring white I would release the Sisters of Saint Joseph now in charge at Saint Bridget' and in their stead have the Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament from Saint Elizabeth's.
