Abstract
The Lieben Center for Women has multiple paid and unpaid staff who represent and promote the mission, values and programs of the Center. At their selection in late 2014, they completed an assessment of their understanding of Feminism, the Women's Rights Movement, and their own personal growth. During 2014-15, they replicated this assessment. This poster reflects the successes and gaps of Lieben Center staff training, program exposure and ongoing development efforts in advancing their learning.
