Athletics, Stadiums, The old North-South Stadium at Creighton, West Stands, Turning first sod for Dowling Memorial Building on the occasion of the greater Creighton building and endowment drive of 1923. The Dowling Memorial, Described as the greatest need of Creighton University today 1923 is a new building for the Liberal Arts College. A tour of the crowded classrooms would convince anyone as to the necessity of such a building. It was to have 3 stories and basement, match the Law Building and be situated north of the Law Building.
