FIRST PARAGRAPH(S)|A law review is many things. It is a valuable source of knowledge, research and comment for the benefit of the practicing bar and the judiciary, and it is also a learning tool for the law students who participate on the law review. Written communication skills are absolutely essential in the legal profession because so much of our work involves the drafting of documents, pleadings and written correspondence. As an alumnus of Creighton Law School, I am proud that the Creighton Law Review has enjoyed a fine reputation for the quality of its articles. This, in turn, enhances the reputation of the school and its graduates. May this reputation continue in future years...
