Abstract
INTRODUCTION|The arbitration community and its consumers have been forced to discuss the need for and use of remote hearings in light of COVID-19’s detrimental effect. Thus, the “ordinary” arbitral procedure has been forced to utilize the bedrock principle of flexibility in order to accommodate new realities. While doing so, the major obstacle has been to accommodate for remote hearings without undercutting “due process.”
