The Freshman Leadership Program is a highly selective living, learning community that is comprised of 60 freshman that participate in service, share a course, learn about leadership, and create portfolios about their experiences. For the past 4 years we have collected data on these students and have been able to track their learning as it relates to mission, leadership development, and involvement on campus.
