Abstract
This is a Hebrew translation of 201 of Krilov's fables. The Krilov section is 410 pages long and is bound together with William Tell (an additional 138 pages), translated into Hebrew by D. Radner and published in 1882. The volume is solid and has a fairly good binding; the quality of paper in the Krilov section is good, though the Tell section has lower quality paper. 6x4.5. Of course, the book starts from what we would call the back. It has a Russian title-page facing its Hebrew title-page. My first Hebrew fables, and certainly an unexpected combination!
