Abstract
Tooth decay is a widespread problem that cuts across economic and geographic lines. Cases of untreated tooth decay can lead to loss of productivity and more serious health concerns. Many organizations are attempting to improve this situation through various oral health initiatives. This project aims to create a fuzzy mathematical model that will determine to which countries these organizations should devote their limited resources.
