Abstract
Here is the second fable book from the Konegens Kinderbücher series. I guess at the year from the other in the collection. Nußbaum here offers prose translations of about forty fables, and Kutzer illustrates four of them in the volume, and adds a cover cameo of a young man looking back at an assortment of animals. His full-page illustrations include LM (7); "Pumpkin and Acorn" (27); and FS (37). His milkmaid seems to be dancing and laughing in the midst of her spilling (17).
