Abstract
INTRODUCTION|In 2005, I wrote an article in this Review endeavoring to condense Nebraska choice-of-law principles into black-letter, Restatement-like rules. My purpose in doing so was to help busy judges and lawyers who generally lack the luxury of time necessary to navigate the shifting landscape of post-Conflicts-Revolution doctrine. The article had some success. It got cited a bit, and some lawyers and judges have told me that it was helpful to them.
