Abstract
This sixteen-page two-staple pamphlet (9¼" x 6¼") has simple drawings and sometimes non-idiomatic prose with quite a few errors to tell a version of the story of a friend who goes off and then returns hurt. In this version, it is a female pigeon that leaves behind her male friend. She even knows that he is right, but "she wants to travel." Perhaps the most telling image is of the traveler in the winter storm (11).
