FIRST PARAGRAPH(S)|As I reflect on my tenure as Editor-in-Chief on this 25th anniversary of the Creighton Law Review, the reality of the occasion is immediately apparent. More volumes have been published since I left than before I arrived. The years 1978-79 do not seem that distant, but the numbers confirm the obvious. Time has also confirmed several other salient points. Over the last thirteen years, each year's board and staff members have inherited a very high quality legal periodical, and each year they have succeeded in enhancing that quality in terms of both content and style...
