BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE
He has his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Luxembourg with special coursework in international economics from the London School of Economics; he has been a Senior Research Fellow at Princeton. As well as being a contributor ans author of two books, Dr. Eren has been founder and President of the Economic Research Foundation and the Social and Economic Studies Conference Board. HIs career has included being Director of Turkish Informantion Services in the US, Delegate to the Council of Europe, Negotiator of the Turkish-American Treaty of Commerce, and Turkish Director of NATO's Project for Economic Cooperation between Greece and Turkey.
