INTRODUCTION|This Note deals with a recent Nebraska attorney discipline case in which an attorney was disbarred. It briefly discusses the procedure for attorney discipline and the role played by the American Bar Association Code of Professional Responsibility. Nebraska case law will be discussed to ascertain the conduct which has been subject to discipline and the factors which the Nebraska Supreme Court considers in sanctioning that conduct.
