The back cover declares "Classic fables get twisted about and turned inside out in this series of full-color comic books for kids!" A battle of robots is the featured event at an annual festival. Hunter the Hare wins the big competition every year, and Shelly the Tortoise always comes in last. Shelly builds an anti-hare robot, but Hunter steals it. Shelly then creates a mega-tortoise robot. With it, she can attack the nuts and bolts of Hunter's stolen robot. Slow and steady wins this battle too. The booklet goes on to present the traditional fable and relate it to this story. Good active colored comic panels! I just ordered a third of the four in the series, "The Boy Who Cried Vampire."
