FIRST PARAGRAPH(S)|During the 1975-76 judicial term the Nebraska Supreme Court considered two cases in the area of trade regulation which involved a challenge to the power and jurisdiction of the state's Public Service Commission. By application of a relatively liberal standard of construction, the court broadened the agency's authority.| In ATS Mobile Telephone, Inc. v.
