FIRST PARAGRAPH(S)|With the notable exception of the landmark products liability case of Friedrich v. Anderson (which is discussed in a case note in this section), the period between June 1, 1973, and June 1, 1974, was quite unexceptional in the area of torts law in Nebraska.
