Dear Jeff, Enclosed is Ken Feit's article; I'm sorry it's taken so long to get the piece to you and hope that it will be of some assistance. I attempted to xerox this copy but because of the colored paper and light type was unable to duplicate it with any clarity. As a result, I would appreciate your returning the article to me when you are finished. I would be happy to let you keep this copy but it belongs to a friend and he has requested that it be returned. I'll be at the above address on weekends and that would be a convenient place for it to be sent.
