FIRST PARAGRAPH(S)|Lawrence Raful became the seventh dean of the Creighton University School of Law on July 1, 1988. He succeeded Rodney Shkolnick, who had served ten years as the dean and has now returned to fulltime teaching.|Dean Raful grew up in Colorado and then attended the University of California at San Diego where he received a B.A. degree in History. He met his wife, Dinah Maurer, at college and they married in 1971. They now have three daughters, Sarah, Anna and Leah. Dinah, with undergraduate and graduate degrees in Spanish Literature and Bilingual/Multicultural Elementary Education, has taught in elementary schools and most recently served as Title I coordinator and assistant principal in California...
