INTRODUCTION|Every year events large and small touch the lives of Nebraska's citizens, and the year since our last Nebraska Survey has been exceptionally eventful. This issue of the Creighton Law Review notes what we believe to be some of the most significant of this year's events through analysis of innovative legislation, commemorative Nebraska Supreme Court biographies, and the recognition of an exceptional human being.|Due to the immense impact of the Legislature's Economic Employment and Investment Growth Act and related legislation, this issue begins with two articles discussing different aspects of these laws, which were passed to ignite Nebraska's business climate.
