Abstract
As of February 14, 2019 there were 703 theses or dissertations in the CDR that were published after January 1, 2000. Approximately 90 of these are presently under embargo or are otherwise restricted from view. The remaining 613 had been downloaded 206,633 times as of February 14, 2019. The average use for these publicly available works is just over 337 pdf views/downloads per thesis or dissertation.|There are a total 1,732 theses and dissertations in the collection (as of 2/14/2019). These have accounted for a over a quarter of a million downloads: 251,366.
