Abstract

This is an unusual paperback book in that it includes high-quality illustrations. I count four besides the delightful image of an animal (?) on the title-page; in fact, I think that the best! The four full-page illustrations are "Crow and Snake" (21)' "Ram, Sheep, and Wolf" (36); Old Lion (48); and FS (61). The front cover shows something like King Lion's banquet, I believe. The back cover seems to be a la Dali; I do not know what it might represent! T of C at the end. 78 pages. 5¼" x 8¼". First printed in 1994. Sixth printing in 2013. "First reimpression" in 2015.
