Abstract

I have a copy of this book already in the collection with a dust jacket. This copy departs from that in three ways other than not having a dust-jacket. The typeface of the title on the spine has changed to something fitting this book. Secondly, the verso of the title-page has Salzer-Ueberreuter now in one firm and mentions that the book is printed in Austria. Thirdly, this copy substitutes an ISBN number for the other copy's number that includes 1965. I presume that this is a slightly later copy.
