FIRST PARAGRAPH(S)|Having received a positive response to the first Eighth Circuit Survey published in Volume 13 of the Creighton Law Review, the Volume 14 Board of Editors is pleased to be able to continue the endeavor. This year's survey is much like the previous one with only a few changes. First, in an attempt to publish this issue earlier and to make it better correspond to the requirements of the school year, the survey period was shifted.
