BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE
Mr. Kosai recieved his B.A. in Economics from the University of Tokyo and his M.A. in Economics from Stanford University. He has been a professor at the Tokyo Institute of Technology and has held other positions such as General Senior Research Officer, Economic Research Institute, Economic Planning Agency; Director of Price Coordination Division, Price Bureau, Economic Planning Agency.
